Seiko’s collaboration with Pepsi takes the 5 Sports GMT platform and adds the iconic red-and-blue colorway that watch collectors have been obsessing over since Rolex made it famous. This isn’t just a color tribute—it’s a functional GMT at a fraction of typical prices.
True GMT Function
The 4R34 automatic movement includes an independently adjustable hour hand. Set the main hands to local time, set the GMT hand to home time or a second time zone. It’s a traveler’s complication in an accessible package. The 24-hour scale on the Pepsi bezel makes reading the second time zone intuitive.
The Pepsi Treatment
Red and blue bi-color bezel on a 42mm black stainless steel case. The Pepsi branding appears on the caseback and dial—subtle enough to not overwhelm, present enough to mark this as the collaboration piece it is. Black silicone strap keeps it sporty.
Seiko 5 Sports DNA
The 4R34 movement is proven—21,600 vph, 41-hour power reserve, hand-winding and hacking. It’s not chronometer-certified, but it’s reliable and serviceable. 100m water resistance handles daily exposure. Exhibition caseback shows off the movement.
