Each new watch we sell is covered by the manufacturer’s official full factory warranty. We work with our brand partners and offer factory warranties on all products sold on our store.

Who May Use The REV WATCHES Limited Warranty?

REV WATCHES extends the REV WATCHES Limited Warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the merchandise (“you”) from REV WATCHES. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the merchandise.

What Does This Warranty Cover

The REV WATCHES Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the merchandise for the Warranty Period as defined below.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

The REV WATCHES Limited Warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the merchandise instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear; or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

What Is The Period Of Coverage?

If the merchandise or any portion of the merchandise that you purchase is subject to a valid and transferrable third-party or manufacturer warranty period, REV WATCHES hereby assigns to you all of its rights and remedies, to the extent that such rights and remedies are assignable. If the purchased merchandise or any portion of the purchased merchandise is not subject to any other warranty, as of the date of purchase by you, and subject to the terms of this Limited Warranty, REV WATCHES warrants that the merchandise shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by you or from the expiry of the manufacturer’s official warranty for new watches(the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the merchandise. We may change the availability of this Limited Warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.

What Are Your Remedies Under This Warranty?

With respect to any defective merchandise during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, repair or replace such merchandise (or the defective part) free of charge. We will pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement merchandise to you, if we elect to repair or replace the defective merchandise. For buyers located in the United States or Canada, we will also pay for the shipping and handling fees associated with initially sending the watch to our facility.

How Do You Obtain Warranty Service?

To obtain warranty service, you must call (626) 289-8877 or email our Customer Service Department at warranty@revwatches.com during the Warranty Period to obtain a Defective Merchandise Authorization (“DMA”) number. Read more about our return and warranty service policies.

Limitation of Liability

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND REPRESENT OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THE REV WATCHES LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Defective Merchandise Authorizations

I believe my watch has an issue that meets the limitations of the REV WATCHES Limited Warranty. How do I send my watch to REV WATCHES for warranty service? How will I get the repaired watch back?

  • Contact REV WATCHES within the one-year warranty period to request a Defective Merchandise Authorization (DMA) number. You may email us at warranty@revwatches.com or call us at (626) 289-8877.
  • Once a DMA has been issued, REV WATCHES will email you your pre-paid/fully insured shipping labels (some restrictions apply). Please follow the supplied shipping instructions to ensure the package arrives safely at our facility. The item must arrive at our facility within fourteen (14) days from the issue date of return labels. The timepiece must be packaged in both an inner and outer box. Please only include the timepiece inside your black REV WATCHES watch roll (if you have it) and package the watch roll inside the inner box. Do not return documents, instruments, links, straps, buckles, tags, protective stickers, boxes, authentication papers, manuals, or accessories with the watch; if so, these items may not be returned to you upon completion of the warranty repair. The outer packaging must be a new, unused box to prevent loss or damage while in transit back to our facility.
  • Once the item is in our facility, please allow up to four to six weeks to complete the repair. Due to part availability and manufacturer service, some repairs may take longer.

Accutron: 5-Year Warranty

This timepiece is warranted only to the original owner for 5 years from date of purchase. The warranty only comes into effect if the warranty card is fully and correctly completed by an Authorized dealer at the time of purchase and/or you provide original proof of purchase. Coverage: The warranty covers parts of the timepiece that have failed due to original defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including the capacitor. An authorized service center at its discretion, will replace the timepiece with a comparable timepiece. This warranty does not cover: 1.Periodic Service and Maintenance; 2.Damage resulting from improper handling, abnormal use, alteration, negligence or lack of care of the timepiece; 3.Normal wear and tear and aging including deterioration and scratches to the timepiece finish (case, bracelet, crown or crystal); 4.The crystal or band; 5.Water damage if the model is not marked “water-resistant” and/or there is moisture or water damage to the timepiece if improperly resealed after opening of the case; 6.Improperly or incorrectly performed Service and Maintenance, repairs or servicing voids the warranty. Any Service and Maintenance, repairs or servicing which requires opening of the case, must be performed in an authorized service center.

Do not open the case back of your timepiece under any circumstances. Consult the store where you purchased your timepiece or an authorized service center when service is required. All parts of this timepiece, except for the strap, are to be repaired only at an authorized service center because special technologies and equipment are required to perform repairs, inspections and adjustments. Please refer to the Service Center section of our website www.accutronwatch.com for instructions on how to send your timepiece to an authorized service center.

 

Autodromo: 2-Year Warranty

We guarantee each Autodromo Motoring Timepiece we sell to be free of defects and to work dependably for at least 2 full years from date of purchase. If your Autodromo malfunctions within this two year period, we will repair or replace the timepiece for you at no cost to you. If you have a warranty claim, please email our customer care department to receive further instructions.

The warranty on our timepieces will be voided by the following circumstances: Internal or external damage caused by accidents, mishaps, mishandling, abusive treatment of the watch (such as smacking it against your doorjamb as you climb out of your car, or wearing your watch in a hot-tub or sauna) or unscrewing of the crown.  Modifications, attempted repairs, or tampering with the watch by unauthorized third parties will also render your warranty void.  Please use only replacement batteries of the type prescribed by Autodromo on your instruction card, as damage from unsuitable batteries also is not covered under warranty.

 

BALTIC: 2-Year Warranty

All of our watches come with a two-year warranty effective from the date of shipping. This warranty does not cover any damage caused to the watch through neglect, accidental damage, carelessness, improper use, or non-compliance with the instructions provided by BALTIC Watches.

 

Benrus: 2-Year Warranty

BENRUS warrants, for a period of two years from the date of original purchase, the hands, movement and dial face plate of this timepiece to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Only timepieces purchased directly from BENRUS or at Authorized BENRUS retailers are covered under this warranty. Excluded from warranty coverage are any damage to the band, crystal (glass), battery or any other part of the timepiece not expressly warranted herein, as well as damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use. In order to fulfill the warranty requirements, including battery changes, all timepieces must be repaired by a BENRUS Authorized Service Center. The warranty becomes null and void if the caseback is opened by anyone other than an Authorized Service Center. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Additional rights may be available under the laws of your State.

 

Blancpain: 2-Year Warranty

Our timepieces are created with the know-how and passion of our master craftsmen. They undergo strict control procedures before they are put on sale. All Blancpain watches come with a 24-month warranty (or 36 months if it was purchased in a Blancpain boutique, which also include flagship store), beginning on the date of purchase and according to the applicable terms and conditions.

The Blancpain international warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship identified at the time of purchase. It is only valid if the warranty certificate is duly completed, dated and stamped by an authorised dealer.

 

Breitling: 2-Year Warranty or 5-Year Warranty

BREITLING MOVEMENTS

Your Breitling watch or chronograph equipped with any other than a mechanical Manufacture Breitling Movement is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a two-year period as set out under this terms and conditions (“Breitling International Warranty”), taking effect as of the date of purchase of the watch (“Warranty Period”).

The Warranty remains valid during the Warranty Period only if any required servicing or repair work on your Breitling watch or chronograph has been carried out by an authorized Breitling service center.

The Breitling International Warranty does not cover (hereinafter referred to as “Exceptions”):

  • Theft, loss, acts of God, natural disasters and accidents (blows, shocks or crushing, etc.)
  • Damage resulting from mistreatment or improper use
  • Damage resulting from any tampering with the watch by any party whatsoever other than an authorized Breitling Service Center
  • Straps other than metal bracelets
  • Wear and tear from normal use and ageing of the watch and/or the metal bracelet and buckle or clasp;
  • Applications for the repair of a watch of which the warranty has not been activated.

MECHANICAL MANUFACTURE BREITLING MOVEMENTS

For watches or chronographs equipped with a mechanical Manufacture Breitling Movement, the Breitling International Warranty applies with an extended Warranty Period of 5 (five) years (“Breitling International Manufacture Movement Warranty”).

The Breitling International Manufacture Movement Warranty does cover any manufacturing defect of the mechanical Manufacture Breitling movement, provided that water resistance tests are performed every two years following the date of purchase by an authorized Breitling service center. These tests are conducted free of charge. The warranty takes effect as of the date of purchase of the watch (“Warranty Period”).

 

BVLGARI: 3-Year Warranty or 5-Year Warranty

For the purchase of any new Bulgari timepiece you will receive a digital warranty card. The Bulgari warranty is valid for three years from the date of purchase*. It will be registered in the Bulgari network and accessible and honored worldwide from any Bulgari boutiques. Clients purchasing an Octo Finissimo, or a Gerald Genta will have the possibility to extend the warranty by an additional 2 years. This new special warranty to 5 years is offered to the clients registering their watch on B.com website. The digital warranty card guarantees the purchase date and authenticity of a timepiece and covers all manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear of the case, metal or leather watchband, crown and glass. It is not valid in case of loss, theft, improper use, negligence or attempts to repair by unauthorized persons.

 

Citizen: 5-Year Warranty

Only valid for purchases made in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Caribbean, and Mexico (“Territory”) from retailers (including Duty Free shops and Military Exchanges) authorized by Citizen Watch Company of America, Inc., Citizen Watch Canada Ltd., Citizen Watch United Kingdom, Ltd., or Citizen de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (“Citizen”, in their respective markets), as an Authorized Retailer.

Citizen warrants this watch (except the power cell, case and its components [including crystal, stem, crown], bracelet and its components [including clasp, links, pins, screws], strap and its components or any accessories) to be free of defects in material and workmanship and to meet the timekeeping accuracy specification in the instructions for a period of five (5) years from the date of original retail purchase in the Territory from an Authorized Retailer.

NOTE: The limited-warranty period for CZ Smart is two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.

Citizen clocks are covered by a 1 Year Limited Warranty.

The Five-Year Limited Warranty will be honored only by Service Centers in the Territory. Service Centers located in other parts of the world will only provide warranty service under the one year International Warranty.

If the watch exhibits a defect through normal use, Citizen will at its option, either regulate, adjust, repair or replace the movement, as necessary within a reasonable time after the watch is returned during the warranty period: (a) if in person to the nearest Authorized Service Center or (b) by insured mail or other insured carrier to the U.S. Service Headquarters at 1000 West 190th Street, Torrance, CA 90502 or Canada Service Headquarters in Markham, Ontario. Citizen recommends that for faster service and for highly technical watches, you submit your watch to the U.S. Service Headquarters in Torrance if you are located in the United States, or the Canada Service Headquarters in Markham if you are located in Canada, or Mexico Service Headquarters in Mexico City if you are located in Mexico.

All transportation costs (including, but not limited to, postage, insurance and packing materials) incurred in presenting or sending the watch to the Authorized Service Center, U.S. Service Headquarters, or Canada Service Headquarters, or Mexico Service Headquarters are the responsibility of the party presenting or sending the timepiece for service. If sending the watch, do not include any packaging you wish returned as all shipping materials are discarded upon receipt.

As a condition to any warranty service obligation, the Warranty Certificate with all the case and serial numbers as well as the date of purchase filled in by the Authorized Retailer from whom the watch was purchased must accompany the watch when presented for warranty service. Any photocopies or original warranty certificates that appear to have been altered will not be honored.

WHAT THE FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  • Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the watch while in the possession of a consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, tampering with or failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the Instructions.
  • Damage and/or scratches to the finish of the case, crystal, bracelet, strap or other components caused by wear or accident.
  • Moisture damage to a watch not marked ‘water resistant’ on the case back or damage from moisture in ‘water resistant’ models that is a result of opening the watch, broken or damaged components.
  • Damage caused by the consumer’s failure to have the watch serviced at the consumer’s expense in accordance with the following schedule of regular maintenance.

Power cells must be replaced immediately when power is lost (except Eco-Drive). Water resistant models, including Eco-Drive, must be tested and resealed every two to three years or whenever battery is replaced on battery operated models, whichever comes first. (f) Damage caused by repairs or alterations of the watch by anyone other than one of the Authorized Service Centers listed in this booklet.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY ARE LIMITED TO THE FIVE (5) YEAR DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY. CITIZEN DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES AND IN NO EVENT SHALL CITIZENS LIABILITY EXCEED THE RETAIL VALUE OF THE WATCH FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THIS WATCH.

Some States do not allow (a) limitations on the duration of any implied warranty and/or (b) the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and/or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from State to State.

 

Garmin: 1-Year Warranty

Non-aviation products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Garmin® will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. This Limited Warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; (ii) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Garmin; (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Garmin, (vi) damage to a product that has been connected to power and/or data cables that are not supplied by Garmin or damage to a product that has been connected to AC adapters and cables that are not certified by UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and are not labelled as Limited Power Source (LPS). In addition, Garmin reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country. This product is intended to be used only as a travel aid and must not be used for any purpose requiring precise measurement of direction, distance, location or topography. Garmin makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of map data.

Repairs have a 90 day warranty. If the unit sent in is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 90 days or to the end of the original 1 year warranty, depending upon which is longer.

 

Glashutte Original: 2-Year Warranty

Your Glashutte Original TM timepiece has been guaranteed by the Glashutter Uhrenbetrieb GmbH fora period of twenty-four (24) months from the date that you purchased the watch and in accordance with these guarantee conditions. The international Glashutte Original Guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects that existed when your newly-acquired Glashutte Original timepiece was handed over (“defects”). The guarantee only comes into effect if the guarantee card has been completely and correctly filled in and stamped by an official Glashutte Original dealer (“valid guarantee card”).

During the guarantee period, if you present the valid guarantee card, you are entitled to have any
defects repaired free of charge. If, during repair work, Glashutter Uhrenbetrieb GmbH assesses that repairs are not appropriate to restore your Glashutte Original watch to normal use, Glashutter Uhrenbetrieb GmbH guarantees that they will replace your watch with a Glashutte Original watch with identical or similar features. The guarantee for the replacement watch ends twenty-four (24) months after the date the original watch was purchased.

This manufacturer’s guarantee does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear caused by wearing the watch and by the watch ageing (e.g. scratched glass, changes to the colour and/or the material of non-metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textiles, rubber, peeling of the plating);
  • Any damage to watch components that is caused by abnormal or improper handling, lack of due care, accidents (shocks, dents, fractures, broken glass, etc.), unsuitable use of the watch and
    disregard for the operating instructions provided by Glashutter Uhrenbetrieb GmbH;
  • The Glashutte Original timepiece, if it has been handled by unauthorised persons (e.g. battery replacement, services, repairs) or if its original condition has been modified without assistance from Glashutter Uhrenbetrieb GmbH.

 

Grand Seiko: 5-Year Warranty

We guarantee free repair and adjustment service worldwide for five years from the date of purchase against any defects on the watch head (movement and case) and metallic band, provided that the watch was used as described in the instruction manual.  In order to apply for this service under the guarantee, you need to present the Grand Seiko Certificate of Guarantee with the required fields properly filled in to an authorized Grand Seiko dealer or any member of the Grand Seiko service network. Servicing of Grand Seiko watches will be performed only at the Service Centers listed in the Grand Seiko International Service Network which are marked with [S.R.], [S.A] or [S.A]*. If your area is not listed in the network, please contact the nearest Authorized Seiko Service Center.

 

G-SHOCK: 1-Year Warranty

This product, except consumables or articles with limited resistance (e.g. battery, band, case), is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects of quality at the time of delivery for a period of one year from the date of purchase (“warranty period”). During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired using CASIO reconditioned replacement parts or the product will be replaced with the same or a similar reconditioned replacement model within a reasonable period of time. To obtain these warranty services, please take or send the product, postage paid, with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase, to a CASIO Service Center or the store where purchased. There will be no parts or labor charge to you for valid warranty services. Due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping, it is recommended when sending the product for service that you package the product securely and send it insured, return receipt requested.

The customer shall NOT have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if:

  1. The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment;
  2. The problem is caused by a fire or other natural calamity;
  3. The problem is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other
  4. than a CASIO service center;
  5. The case, band, glass or battery is damaged or worn;

 

Hamilton: 2-Year Warranty

Your HAMILTON® watch is warranted by Hamilton International Ltd. for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The international HAMILTON warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased HAMILTON watch. The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official HAMILTON dealer. During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your HAMILTON watch, Hamilton International Ltd. guarantees its replacement by a HAMILTON watch of identical or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch ends twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.

 

Longines: 2-Year Warranty

Your LONGINES® watch is warranted by Longines Watch Co. Francillon Ltd* for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The international LONGINES warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased LONGINES watch (“defects”). The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official LONGINES dealer (“valid warranty certificate”). During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your LONGINES watch, Longines Watch Co. Francillon Ltd guarantees its replacement by a LONGINES watch of identical or similar characteristics. In the event of defects covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace, at our discretion and free of charge, all detached components and/or correct faulty operation which has been identified as such by our Customer Services department. This warranty does not cover normal wear (such as battery, leather bracelet, etc.) and damage caused by accidents or lack of care and all other rights resulting from faulty workmanship are expressly excluded.

 

LUMINOX: 2-Year Warranty

All Luminox watches have been carefully checked and are in perfect working condition. It is warranted, by the company shown on the back of the certificate, for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Every watch has been tested for water-resistance, which is covered under the warranty provided that it has not been subjected to any improper handling or accident. Also that the glass, crown and push button(s) have not been damaged.

The warranty covers any malfunction in materials and workmanship during the warranty period of your watch. Your watch will be repaired free of charge with the presentation of the warranty certificate and timepiece. Any damage resulting from inappropriate use is excluded from the warranty, as is the battery, crystal, and wear to the case and strap or bracelet.

In case of any malfunction during the warranty period, your watch will be repaired free of charge on presentation of proof of purchase from an authorized Luminox retailer showing the model number of the watch. Should your watch need service, please contact the authorized U.S. service center on the bottom of this page.

MIDO: 2-Year Warranty

Your MIDO® watch is warranted by Mido S.A. for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The international MIDO® warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased MIDO® watch (“defects”). The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official MIDO® dealer (“valid warranty certificate”). During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your MIDO® watch, Mido S.A. guarantees its replacement by a MIDO® watch of identical or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch ends twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch. This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover: – the life of the battery; – normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating); – any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal / abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by Mido S.A.; – indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from e.g. the use, the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the MIDO® watch; – the MIDO® watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond Mido S.A.’s control.

 

Montblanc: 2-Year Warranty

Montblanc warrants its product against defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase (the “Guarantee period”). If the product is returned during the Guarantee period, Montblanc will repair or replace any defective Montblanc Product or part free of charge within a reasonable time after the product is returned, subject to the right to charge for shipping. Upon expiration of the Guarantee period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.

Nivada Grenchen: 2-Year Warranty

To satisfy customers with its quality of products and customer service, Nivada Grenchen offers a two-year warranty for all watches purchased on the website.

During the warranty period, the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered. After the inspection, the damaged part will be repaired.  However, watch replacement is based on the discretion of Nivada Grenchen. All repair charges are free if the watch is proven defective in material or quality under regular use. A CHF 10.00 return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.

 

NOMOS: 2-Year Warranty

As a general rule, once your watch is sent through an authorized retailer, your repair will be pre-approved up to a certain amount. If you send your watch directly to NOMOS, you will receive a service estimate prior to proceeding with any service or repair. Upon review, if the repair requires more extensive work than a regular service, you will be contacted for approval for any repairs suggested by NOMOS. All services are guaranteed for two years. Waterproofing has a one-year guarantee. Problems resulting from improper treatment of the watch are excluded from the warranty.

 

NORQAIN: 4 or 2-Year Warranty

Every NORQAIN watch comes with an international manufacturer’s warranty of four years for the Manufacture Calibres and two years for the ETA and Sellita movements. The warranty can be extended to five years* for the Manufacture Calibres and to three years* for ETA and Sellita movements by joining the NORQAINER club at www.norqain.com/norqainer-club

Register within one month after your purchase in order to have the warranty extended by one year.

As part of this International Manufacturer’s Warranty, an authorised NORQAIN service centre will perform service and repair work on your watch.

The following events are not covered by the warranty:

  • Damage caused by external influences, natural disasters, accidents (blows, shocks, etc.)
  • Theft, loss, etc.
  • Damage due to incorrect handling or incorrect use of the watch
  • Wear due to normal use and aging of the watch
  • Damage caused by tampering with the watch by a retailer, distributor, or service centre not authorised to service NORQAIN
  • If there is no International Manufacturer’s Warranty or the activation code has not been activated

 

OMEGA: 5-Year Warranty

Our quest for excellence has allowed us to extend the international warranty to 5 years, on all of our new timepieces purchased as of July 1st 2018.

The international warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of purchase of your OMEGA watch.

If you face any issue with your timepiece during the warranty period, you can trust that we will provide you with the customer care you deserve and resolve it free of charge.

 

Oris: 2-Year Warranty

Only an authorized retailer can provide you with exclusive access to Oris’s special parts and expertise. Any watch that does not have its serial number or that is not accompanied with the Oris Warranty Card provided by the authorized retailer at the time of purchase will not be recognized by Oris or any of its service centres.

 

Ressence: 2-Year Warranty

The warranty is only valid when the card is completed, dated, signed and stamped by an authorized RESSENCE retailer. This guarantees our watches against all manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. To make a claim against this warranty, please simply present your watch and completed warranty card to any authorized RESSENCE retailer. Any card stamped by a non authorized RESSENCE retailer is invalid. The warranty does not cover damage caused by inappropriate use or handling of the watch. It excludes wear and tear, damage caused by accident or careless handling accordingly to the warranty terms. In the unlikely event that your RESSENCE watch needs repairing, or when the time comes to duly maintain it, all work must be conducted by an authorized RESSENCE service center. Unfortunately, failure to observe the above conditions invalidates the warranty.

 

Seiko: 3-Year Warranty

We warrant that if your SEIKO watch described on the enclosed Certificate of Limited Warranty proves, on presentation by you within three years from the date of original retail purchase, to be defective in material or workmanship and provided the watch was purchased from an authorized SEIKO retailer, we will, at our option, regulated, adjust, or repair or replace parts or movements, without charge to you.

 

SWATCH: 2-Year Warranty

Your SWATCH ® watch is warranted by Swatch Ltd* for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The international SWATCH warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased SWATCH watch (“defects”).

During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your SWATCH watch, or if you purchased a SWATCH watch the case of which cannot be opened, Swatch Ltd guarantees its replacement by a SWATCH watch of similar model. The warranty for the replacement watch ends twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.

This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

  • The life of the battery.
  • Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as leather, plastic, textile, velcro; peeling of the plating).
  • Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by Swatch Ltd.
  • Any SWATCH watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which undergoes alterations in their original condition beyond Swatch Ltd’s control.

 

TAG Heuer: 2-Year Warranty

With this two- year limited guarantee, TAG Heuer undertakes to repair, free of charge, any problem with the functions of the watch that result from defective manufacturing. This guarantee is only honored in Official TAG Heuer Service Centers that are present in more than 100 countries. Any defects resulting from actions carried out anywhere other than an Official TAG Heuer Service Center are not covered by this guarantee and will render it null and void. The limited guarantee also does not cover bracelets, crystals and batteries, or any deterioration of the case or movement due to humidity that has entered the watch as a result of improper handling. More generally, it does not apply if there has been improper or inadequate use of the watch.

 

TIMEX: 1-Year Warranty

Your TIMEX® watch is warrantied against manufacturing defects by Timex Group USA, Inc. for a period of ONE YEAR from the original purchase date. Timex and its worldwide affiliates will honor this International Warranty.

To obtain warranty service, return your watch to an authorized Timex repair center with a receipt for proof of purchase, clearly showing the date, item purchased, and the retailer from which the purchase was made.

Warranty service is only honored on watches purchased directly from authorized retailers.  Second hand or private sales will not be honored.  In warranty repairs are at no charge; however, a handling fee will be charged.

Repair requests received without proof of purchase, will be processed as an out of warranty repair and will incur the out of warranty charges.

For in warranty and out of warranty repairs, Timex may, at its option, repair your watch by installing new or thoroughly reconditioned and inspected components.

For in warranty repairs that are no longer repairable due to unavailability of parts or components, we may at our option replace the watch with an identical model or a model with like or similar features.

Out of warranty watches that are no longer repairable due to the unavailability of parts or components will be returned as received and no cost will be charged.

IMPORTANT — PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS OR DAMAGES TO YOUR WATCH:

  1. after the warranty period expires;
  2. if the watch was not originally purchased from an authorized Timex retailer;
  3. from repair services not performed by Timex;
  4. from accidents, tampering or abuse; and
  5. lens or crystal, strap or band, watch case, attachments or battery. Timex may charge you for replacing any of these parts.

 

UNIMATIC: 2-Year Warranty

Your UNIMATIC® watch is warranted for a period of twenty-four (24) months, from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The international UNIMATIC® warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased UNIMATIC® watch (defects). The warranty only comes into force if the warranty card is dated, fully and correctly completed and signed by an official UNIMATIC® dealer (valid warranty card). During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty card, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge, with the only transport and insurance costs at customer expense.

This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear and ageing, any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the operating instructions provided, watch handled by non-authorized persons (for example for service or repair) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond UNIMATIC®’s control.

Under no circumstances will UNIMATIC® be liable for any indirect or consequential damages of any kind.

URWERK: 2-Year Warranty

Your URWERK watch, excluding leather strap, is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of its original purchase. Any damage resulting from negligence or inappropriate treatment of the watch (for example violent shocks, excessive temperatures, powerful magnetic fields) or damage resulting from, accident or natural disasters are not covered by this warranty.

Your watch is water resistant to 3 ATM, which allows for brief and gentle contact with water, but we do not recommend full immersion. Your watch is not designed for use when practising water sports such as diving, surfing, water skiing, or windsurfing etc…

A watch’s water resistance cannot be permanently guaranteed. It may be affected by the ageing of crystal glueing, the ageing of gaskets, or by an accidental shock. We recommend that you have the water resistance of your watch checked at least every 2 years.

The water resistance of your watch is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of its original purchase, provided that the glass, bezel, case back or crown have not been damaged. After the warranty period, it is essential to have the seals replaced on a regular basis by the URWERK after-sale service centre.

Vacheron Constantin: 2-Year Warranty

In order to activate the guarantee, this card must be filled in correctly; it must bear the date, stamp and signature of the authorized Vacheron Constantin retailer. Without the card, a maintenance cost will be charged to the customer during the Limited Guarantee. Any modification, transformation or alteration of the guarantee certificate after its completion will render it null and void. Any part found to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect by a Vacheron Constantin authorized repair center will be, at the sole discretion of Vacheron Constantin, repaired or replaced at no charge. The liability of Vacheron Constantin is limited solely and exclusively to repair or replacement and does not cover any defects caused by accidents and improper use, normal wear and tear of components including non-metallic straps or bracelets, damages caused by environmental factors such as humidity and magnetic fields, alterations made by non-official Vacheron Constantin service centers, watches with serial numbers or any identification marks removed or altered, and theft or loss.

 

Zenith: 2-Year Warranty

The international guarantee is valid in all officially authorized Zenith service centres worldwide, provided that your purchase was from an official Zenith retailer. Your guarantee card must indicate a valid proof of purchase including the name and address of the official retailer as well as the date of purchase. The guarantee only applies when the watch has been worn in accordance with Zenith’s recommendations on normal use and maintenance. The Zenith international guarantee does not cover signs of normal effects of use for a watch that has been worn, in particular the natural wearing out of leather, fabric or rubber straps, as well as potential scratches on the case or the sapphire crystals.

 

Zodiac: 2-Year Warranty

The Zodiac Two (2) Year Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. Zodiac’s limited warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law. Your ZODIAC watch is warranted by Zodiac Watches for a period two (2) years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Zodiac warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. A copy of the receipt and/or your completed warranty card is required for proof of purchase. During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of component and labor charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. In case of replacement, Zodiac cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends two (2) years from the date the replacement watch is received.

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet; including plating on the case and/or bracelet.
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or aging.
  • Water damage if care instructions for the product’s water resistance level (as marked on the product) were not followed.
  • Products that are not purchased from an authorized ZODIAC retailer.

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized Zodiac sales or services agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship
