Seiko SRPL15 Prospex Diver – Compact, Blacked-Out ISO Beast
About The Product
A Modern Take on a Classic Diver
The Seiko SRPL15 from the Prospex collection revisits one of the brand’s most iconic dive-watch designs, now trimmed into a sleeker 41.7 mm stainless steel case finished in a stealthy black hard coating. At 12.3 mm thick with a 49.5 mm lug-to-lug span, it wears comfortably while retaining the angular case geometry that’s long defined Seiko’s professional divers.
Built for the Depths
This ISO-certified diver is no fashion prop it carries a 200 m water-resistance rating, complete with a screwdown crown and caseback to keep pressure at bay. The uni-directional elapsed-time bezel, rendered in matching black, pairs with a black silicone strap to maintain its tool-watch demeanor, while Seiko’s LumiBrite on hands and markers guarantees low-light clarity.
Inside the Case
Powering the SRPL15 is Seiko’s workhorse 4R35 automatic caliber, running at 21,600 vibrations per hour with 23 jewels and a 41-hour power reserve. It offers both automatic and manual winding, ensuring reliable timing whether on land or submerged. A date display at three o’clock rounds out its practicality, covered by a durable Hardlex crystal.
Ready for Adventure
This Prospex Diver is made for those who prefer action to embellishment. Whether strapping it on for open-water dives or daily wear, the SRPL15 keeps its balance between rugged dependability and sharp modern style.
