Fossil Machine FS6101

The Machine is one of Fossil’s more industrial designs—exposed screws on the bezel, textured dial, bold case. The FS6101 version plays up the contrast between black steel and warm brown leather.

The Dial

44mm of dark brown textured dial with three chronograph subdials and date at 4 o’clock. The sunburst finish catches light in a way that flat dials don’t. Applied markers and luminous hands keep things readable in low light.

Chronograph Function

The subdials track 60 seconds, 60 minutes, and 24-hour time. Push the crown buttons to start, stop, and reset. Quartz accuracy means it’s ready when you need it—no fussing with hand-winding or power reserves.

The Strap

22mm brown leather with stitched edges and a pin buckle. The brown-on-black combination works surprisingly well—warm enough for casual wear, but still grounded by the black case. Fossil uses standard lug widths, so swapping straps is easy.
